DHAKA, Oct 14, 2022 (BSS) - The opening ceremony of the 6th Anwar Ispat-
Anwar Cement Captain's Cup Golf Tournament-2022 was held today at Army Golf 
Club, Dhaka Cantonment. 

     Chief of Army Staff General SM Shafiuddin Ahmed officially inaugurated 
the tournament, said a press release.

     Chief of General Staff (CGS) Lieutenant General Ataul Hakim Sarwar 
Hasan, Adjutant General Major General Md Moshfequr Rahman were also present 
at the time.

     A total of 700 amateur golfers are participating in five categories- 
senior, junior, regular, ladies and veteran.

     The four-day event was started on October 12.
