DHAKA, Oct 16, 2022 (BSS) - Light rain accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at one or two places over Chattogram division and weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country, a met release said today.

Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, said the met release updating weather forecast for the next twenty-four hours across the country beginning from 9 this morning.

Southwest monsoon has withdrawn from Northern part of Bangladesh. Conditions are favourable for further withdrawal of Southwest monsoon from remaining part of Bangladesh. Monsoon is weak over North Bay.

Country's maximum temperature on Saturday was recorded 34.7 degrees Celsius at Bhola and minimum temperature today was 21.1 degrees Celsius at Tetulia.
