DHAKA, Oct 6, 2022 (BSS) - Light to moderate rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind and lighting flashes is likely to occur at a few places over Rangpur and Khulna divisions and at one or two places over Dhaka, Mymensingh, Rajshahi, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions with moderately heavy falls at isolated places over the country.

  Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, said a met office forecast valid for next twenty-four hours begins from 9am on Thursday morning.

  The Low Pressure area over West central Bay and adjoining Andhra coast persists. The axis of monsoon trough runs through Bihar, West Bengal to Assam across central part of Bangladesh. Monsoon is fairly active over Bangladesh and moderate over North Bay.
