DHAKA, Aug 29, 2022 (BSS) - The Supreme Court (SC) has formed its vacation bench for hearing and disposal of emergency cases of the apex court during summer vacation and weekly and public holidays between September 4 and October 13.

Appellate Division of the SC issued a notice today in this regard.

Chief Justice Hasan Foez Siddique nominated Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Borhanuddin to act as vacation judges, it said.

Enayetur Rahim will be in charge of vacation judge from September 4 to 30 and Borhanuddin from October 1 to 13.

Enayetur Rahim will physically serve as vacation judge in chamber court of the Appellate Division on every Tuesday (September 6, 13, 20 and 27) in week from 11am while Borhanuddin also serve as vacation judge on every Tuesday (October 4 and 11) in week.
