DHAKA, Aug 11, 2022 (BSS) - The Dhaka University authorities have decided to
start the classes of its first year undergraduate students under 2021-22
academic sessions from September 7.
 
The decision came from the university's deans committee meeting held on
August 4, chaired by university Vice-Chancellor Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman, said a
press release here today.

The university also decided to refund the accommodation and transportation
fees taken from the students during Covid-19 pandemic period as the
university and dormitories remained closed for a long period of time, added
the release.

The students have been asked to collect the refund from their respective
departments or institutes following proper procedures, added the release.
