DHAKA, Aug 3, 2022 (BSS) - Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) today, in 
a drive, seized a total of US$ 80 thousand Border from the area near from 
Fulbari border under Damurhuda upazila in Chuadanga district.

Being informed, BGB Chuadanga Battalion-6 came to know that some goods are 
going to be smuggled in the aforesaid area and in continuation of that the 
BGB team conducted a drive there and challenged a person who was trying to 
cross the border carrying a bag through pillar number -85.

The person fled leaving the bag on the spot, according to a BGB press 
release.

Later, the dollars was found from that bag.
 
The dollars will be deposited at the Chuadanga treasury office.
