DHAKA, July 8, 2022 (BSS) - Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of National Film Award winning lyricist, composer, music director and valiant freedom fighter Alam Khan.

In a condolence message, Sheikh Hasina said the eminent music personality has enriched the Bengali music. He will be remembered for his contributions to the film music, she added.

The Prime Minister prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
