DHAKA, July 7, 2022 (BSS) - The met office today predicted rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind at different places of the country.

"Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places over Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at one or two places over Rangpur, Rajshahi and Mymensingh divisions with moderately heavy falls at places over the country," said a met office release here today.

Day and night temperatures may remain nearly unchanged over the country, the release added.

Country's maximum temperature on Wednesday was recorded 25.0 degree Celsius at Sylhet and minimum temperature today was recorded by 36.0 degree Celsius at Rajshahi.

The sun sets at 6.50 pm today and rises at 5.17 am tomorrow in the capital.
