DHAKA, Feb 27, 2022 (BSS) - Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD)

today predicted dry weather with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country
in the next 24 hours as of 9am tomorrow.

   "Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country,
having chances of rain or thunder showers at one or two places over Khulna
division", said a met office release here today.

   Light fog is likely to occur at isolated places over the river basins of
the country during early morning.

   Night and day temperatures may rise slightly over the country. Seasonal
low lies over South Bay.

   Country's maximum temperature on Saturday was recorded by 33.0 degree
Celsius jointly at Sitakunda and Feni and minimum temperature today was
recorded by 12.7 degree Celsius at Tetulia.

    The sun sets at 06.00 pm today and rises at 06.23 am tomorrow in the
capital.
