DHAKA, Feb 24, 2022 (BSS) - Rain or thundershower accompanied by temporary
gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places over the country, a met release
said today.

   Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to
occur at a few places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions
and at one or two places over Rangpur, Khulna and Barishal divisions and the
regions of Cumilla and Noakhali, it said.

  Weather may remain dry with partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country,
said the weather forecast issued for 24 hours this morning.

  Light to moderate fog may occur at isolated places over the country during
late night to morning. Night and day temperature may rise slightly over the
country.

  Trough of westerly low lies over West Bengal and adjoining area. Seasonal
low lies over South Bay.

  Country's maximum temperature on Wednesday was recorded 30.6 degrees
Celsius at Teknaf and minimum temperature today was 11.9 degrees Celsius at
Tetulia.

  Today's sunset at 5.58 PM and tomorrow's sunrise at 6.25 AM in Dhaka.
