DHAKA, Feb 8, 2022 (BSS) – Newly nominated Awami League Presidium Members Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury Maya Bir Bikram and Advocate Kamrul Islam today paid tributes to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman by placing wreaths in front of his portrait at Bangabandhu Memorial Museum at Dhanmondi No-32 here.
They have been made presidium members of the ruling Awami League recently.
Awami League President Sheikh Hasina nominated them as the party's presidium members as per the power bestowed upon her by the AL's 21st National Council held on December 20-21 in 2019, said an AL press release today.
