DHAKA, Feb 8, 2022 (BSS) – Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country, a met release said today.

Moderate to thick fog may occur over north-western part and the river basins of the country and light to moderate fog may occur elsewhere over the country during midnight to morning.

Mild cold wave is sweeping over the districts of Dinajpur, Nilphamari, Kurigram, Rajshahi, Pubna, Moulvibazar and the upazila of Sitakunda and it may abate.

Night and day temperatures may rise slightly over the country.  

Country's maximum temperature on Monday was recorded by 28.2 degree Celsius at Teknaf and minimum temperature today was recorded by 8.5 degree Celsius at Sitakunda.

The sun sets at 5.49 pm today and rises at 6.35 am tomorrow in the capital.
