RAJSHAHI, Jan 23, 2022 (BSS) - Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH) recorded one more death in its Covid-19 unit during the last 24 hours till 6am today.
 
RMCH Director Brigadier General Shamim Yazdani said the deceased was a resident of Chapainawabganj and died with Covid-19 symptoms.
 
Meanwhile, three more patients were admitted to the Covid-19 unit during the last 24 hours, taking the number of admitted patients to 42, including 30 positive for Covid-19, at present.
 
Twelve other patients returned home after being cured during the same time.
 
On the other hand, 137 more patients were found Covid-19 positive after testing 369 samples in Rajshahi's two laboratories on Saturday, showing 44.19 percent infection rate in Rajshahi, while 5.88 percent in Natore.
