DHAKA, Jan 6, 2021 (BSS) - Students, teachers, officials and staff of Dhaka University have been asked to follow health guidelines amid the outbreak of the fast spreading Omicron variant of the coronavirus. 

  To conduct the in-person classes and examination smoothly, the teachers, students and other concerned have been advised to follow health guidelines properly including wearing masks as the rate of Covid-19 infection is increasing in the country, said a press release. 

  Keeping the dormitories open and running in-person activities may be hampered, if the health guidelines are not maintained properly, added the release.
