PANCHAGARH Dec 31, 2022 (BSS) - Railways Minister Md Nurul Islam Sujon

inaugurated the month -long Punak Cottage and Commodities fair by cutting
ribbon and realizing balloon  on the ground of Panchagarh Municipality on
Friday evening as the chief guest.

Panchagarh police Nari Kallan Samittee organised the fair celebrating the
birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and
the golden jubilee of independence. Panchagarh police nari kallan Samittee
(Punak) chairperson Monira Yeamin was in the chair .

In his speech, the Minister said, the cottage and commodities fair is a
tradition of village. The women have huge opportunity to become solvent from
here.  

Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Panchagarh Md, Johurul Islam , police super S.M.
Sirajul Huda addressed the function as special guests. It was addressed,
among others, by Zila parishad Chairman Abdul Hannan, Sadar upazila parishad
chairman Amirul Islam, Ladis Club chairperson Sahanaj Pervin.
