DHAKA, Dec 22, 2022 (BSS) - Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) today predicted dry weather with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in the next 24 hours as of 9am tomorrow.

"Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country during 24 hours till 9am tomorrow," said a BMD bulletin.

However, moderate to thick fog may occur in the river basins and light to moderate fog may occur elsewhere over the country from midnight to tomorrow morning, it added.

Night temperature may remain nearly unchanged and day temperature may fall slightly over the country.

Country's maximum temperature on Wednesday was recorded 29.8 degrees Celsius at Teknaf of Chattogram division, while the minimum temperature today was 10.4 degrees Celsius at Tetulia of Rangpur division.

The sun sets at 05.17pm today and rises at 06.38am tomorrow in the capital.
