JHENAIDAH, Sept 25, 2022 (BSS) - A man died after being bitten by a snake at Estekapur village in Sadar upazila here last night.

The deceased was identified as Bodiuzzaman Apo, 55, head teacher of Modhupur High School of the upazila and resident of the village.

Local people said a poisonous snake bit him at around 10 pm last night near his house. Bodiuzzaman died on the way to Jhenaidah Sadar Hospital.
