DHAKA, Sep 10, 2026 (BSS)- Registration has begun for the science fair titled 'Ziaur Rahman Foundation in Search of Future Scientists 2026' or 'Ziaur Rahman Foundation Bhobishshot Bigganir Khoje '.

The deadline for registration is September 30.

The National University has invited teachers and students of its affiliated colleges to participate in the science fair.

In a notice issued today, the university said the main objective of the event is to encourage science and technology based innovation, research and creative thinking. 

Interested teachers and students of affiliated colleges can participate with their innovative models or projects. 

However, the presented projects must be the participants’ own original work. Any project presented previously will not be accepted in the competition.

The first five winners will also receive attractive financial support for startups. 

Teachers and students of the concerned colleges have been requested to complete registration within the stipulated time by following the organizers’ guidelines and prescribed rules.

The divisional-level competition will be held on October 30.

Prizes, special recognition and financial support will be provided in various categories for the best innovations and projects.
