RANGPUR, Nov 24, 2025 (BSS) - Social Welfare and Women and Children Affairs Adviser Sharmeen S Murshid will arrive in Rangpur on a one-day visit on Tuesday.

The Adviser will be present as the chief guest in a programme titled ‘Protection of Women and Children, Government in the Line of the People’ at Rangpur Medical College auditorium at 3:30 pm on the day, a PID press note said here this afternoon. 

After that, she will participate as the chief guest in a view-sharing meeting with the officials and beneficiaries of ‘Child Sensitive Social Protection in Bangladesh (CSPB) Phase II’ at the same place at 4:30 pm. 

On the same day, the Adviser will leave Saidpur Airport for Dhaka at 8:35 pm, the note added.
