DHAKA, Aug 29, 2026 (BSS) - Newly appointed Supreme Court Appellate Division Justice Md Habibul Gani will take oath tomorrow morning.

Chief Justice Zubayer Rahman Chowdhury will administer the oath to Justice Md Habibul Gani at 9:30am at the Supreme Court Judges' Lounge, said a press release signed by Supreme Court Public Relations Officer Md Shafiqul Islam today.

Born on May 31, 1962, Justice Md Habibul Gani obtained MSS and LLB degrees from the University of Chittagong.

He was enrolled as an advocate of the High Court Division of the Bangladesh Supreme Court on April 11, 1992.

Later, he was elevated as an Additional Judge of the High Court Division on April 18, 2010 and appointed as a Judge of the same Division on April 15, 2012.
