111 pass after SSC results scrutiny in Rajshahi Board

RAJSHAHI, Sept 10, 2026 (BSS) - A total of 111 students under the Rajshahi Education Board have changed their results from fail to pass after applying for re-scrutiny of their answer scripts.

In total, the results of 1,403 students under the board have changed following re-scrutiny, as the revised results were published by the Rajshahi Education Board today.
Rajshahi Education Board Controller of Examinations Professor Iffat Jerin said that after the publication of the SSC results on August 10, a total of 39,762 examinees had applied for re-scrutiny of 98,710 answer scripts.

Following re-scrutiny, the marks of 1,403 students have changed.

Of them, 111 students have passed after previously failing, while 202 students have newly obtained GPA-5.

In addition, the grades of 639 examinees have changed. One examinee has moved directly from failing to GPA-5.

This year, a total of 178,952 examinees appeared for the SSC examinations under the Rajshahi Education Board.

 In the results published on August 10, a total of 112,086 examinees passed, with a pass rate of 63.67 percent. In the initial results, 16,113 examinees obtained GPA-5.
