DHAKA, April 20, 2026 (BSS) - A Dhaka court on Sunday ordered the seizure of tax records of Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) cartographer Md Abdus Sobhan in connection with graft allegations.

Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judge Md Sabbir Faiz issued the order after accepting a petition from the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).

The ACC said in its plea that Sobhan allegedly accumulated illegal wealth worth Taka 1.10 crore and concealed additional assets of Taka 59.90 lakh. It argued that seizing his tax files was necessary for a proper investigation.
