DHAKA, Mar 20, 2026 (BSS)- Bangladesh Hindu Bouddha Christian Oikya Parishad (BHBCOP) has greeted members of the Muslim community on the occasion of the greatest religious festival of of the community holy Eid-ul-Fitr.
In a message Presidents of the Parishad Ushatan Talukder, Dr. Nimchandra Bhowmik, Nirmal Rozario, and Acting General Secretary Monindra Kumar Nath extended the greetings.
In the statement, the BHBCOP leaders said Bangladesh is a non-communal and secular country where every religious festival brings a message of harmony and amity.
Eid-ul-Fitr, the main religious festival of the Muslim community, is also a symbol of harmony for all people of the country.
They called for collective efforts of the people of all religions to strengthen communal harmony by embracing the message of equality taught by this religious festival.
