FENI, March 19, 2026 (BSS) - Eid gifts have been distributed to the families of July martyrs and wounded, victims of enforced disappearance and killings during fascist regime.

Marking the holy Eid-ul-Fitr, the gifts were delivered door-to-door on Thursday at different places in the district under the initiative of “Amra BNP Paribar” at the directive of its chief patron BNP Chairman and Prime Minister Tarique Rahman. 

Advocate Mezbah Uddin Bhuiyan, Member Secretary of Feni Municipality BNP, distributed the gifts.

Mezbah said every year Tarique Rahman sends Eid gifts to families affected by enforced disappearance, killings, and repression. This year, 50 families in Feni district received Eid gifts amounting to 4,000 taka each.
