MANIKGANJ, March 18, 2026 (BSS) - Ferry services on the Paturia-Daulatdia route resumed after a one-hour suspension due to strong winds and heavy rain.

BIWTC Paturia Ghat Deputy General Manager (DGM) Abdus Salam said the authorities suspended ferry movement on the Paturia-Daulatdia route at 8:45pm as heavy rain and strong winds were sweeping across the area.

The service resumed at 9:45pm.
