DHAKA, Nov 6, 2022 (BSS) - Education minister Dr. Dipu Moni today said stern action will be taken if anyone is found to be involved in question paper leakage of the ongoing Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations.
"We've taken immediate action in Kurigram District against those who adopted
illegal means and involved in leaking question papers during the SSC
examinations," she told journalists after visiting the examination center of
Begum Badrunnessa Government Girls College in the capital.
About the examinations of 2023, the minister said next year's examinations
will be held as early as possible.
"This year's exams have been delayed due to the worsening flood situation in
parts of the country. If any area will be affected by the natural calamities
in future then the examinations of that area will only remain suspended and
exams under other areas will be held as usual," Dipu Moni said, adding that
the suspended exams will be taken at an earliest possible time.
Speaking of coaching centre closure, the education minister said all the
coaching centres have been asked to shut.
