DHAKA, Sept 26, 2022 (BSS) - Bangladesh Meteorological Department today
predicted rain in different parts of the country in the next 24 hours
commencing 9am.
"Light to moderate rain or thunder showers, accompanied by temporary gusty or
squally wind, is likely to occur at few places over Rangpur, Mymensingh,
Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at one or two places over Rajshahi,
Dhaka, Khulna and Barishal divisions with moderately heavy falls at places
over the country," said a Met office bulletin issued this morning.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, it
added.
The highest temperature on Sunday recorded 35.0 degree Celsius jointly in
Rajshahi and Tarash, while today's minimum temperature was 22.5 degree
Celsius in Rajarhat.
The highest rainfall in the last 24 hours was recorded 22 mm in Ishurdi.
The sun sets at 6:51 pm today and rises at 5:49 am tomorrow in the capital.
