SAVAR, Aug 22, 2022 (BSS) - State Minister for Public Administration Farhad Hossain today said those who are in the government should be more responsive, otherwise it can tarnish the image of the government.

  "All of us should be more conscious in making statement, otherwise it can tarnish the image of the government," he said.

  The state minister said this to the journalists after joining at the concluding and prize giving ceremony of 73rd basic training course at Bangladesh Public Administration Training Center here.

  The present government led by the Awami League has swept into power through the mandate of the people, he said, adding "so the government remains always with the people."

  Earlier, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina participated in the programme virtually from her official residence GonoBhaban.

  Senior Secretary of the Public Administration Ministry Ali Azam, Rector of Bangladesh Public Administration Training Center Ramendra Nath Biswas, among others, attended the function.
