DHAKA, Aug 14, 2022 (BSS) - Awami League (AL) Joint General Secretary AFM
Bahauddin Nasim today said the party will not spare those, who will patronize
the killers of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
 
"We will stand by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and the greatest Bangalee of
all time Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman," he told a discussion organized
by the Government Titumir College Chhatra League unit, commemorating
Bangabandhu and Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib on the college campus here.
 
Bahauddin Nasim said, "We will materialize the ideology of Bangabandhu not
bowing down to the killers of Bangabandhu."
 
He said Bangladesh is moving forward indomitably under the leadership of
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, but BNP-Jamaat wants to make the country a
Taliban State. They want to create an unstable situation across the country
as they don't want the country's progress.
 
He also said BNP leader Tarique Rahman is still hatching a conspiracy against
the country staying abroad and their followers are making attempt to
implement a plot.
 
Bahauddin, also the founding President of Awami Swechchhasebak League, said
BNP-Jamaat and their followers are hatching a conspiracy against the
incumbent government led by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
 
"We should remain cautious against any kind of their plots," he cautioned.
 
Awami League Office Secretary Barrister Biplob Barua, acting principal of
Titumir College Professor Md Mohiuddin, Bangladesh Chhatra League President
Al Nahian Khan Joy and General Secretary Lekhak Bhattacharya, among others,
spoke at the discussion chaired by the President of Titumir College Chhatra
League unit Ripon Mia as well as conducted by its general secretary Mahmudul
Haque Jewel Morol.
