DHAKA, Aug 14, 2022 (BSS) - The Supreme Court (SC) authorities has chalked
out elaborate programmes to observe the 47th martyrdom anniversary of Father
of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Mourning Day on
August 15.

Special prayers and munajat, seeking eternal peace of the departed souls of
the martyrs, will be offered at Supreme Court Jam-e-Mosque at 8am, a SC
release said here today.

A discussion will be held at the Supreme Court Auditorium at 10.15 am. Chief
Justice Hasan Foez Siddique will address the fuction as the chief guest.

A voluntary blood donation programme will be inaugurated at 11am and food
will be distributed among the destitute after Johr prayers.
