DHAKA, June 26, 2022 (BSS) - The met office today predicted rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind at different places of the country.

"Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at Rangpur, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at one or two places over
Rajshahi and Dhaka divisions with moderately heavy falls at isolated places over the country", said a met office release here today.

Day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, the release added.

Country's maximum temperature on Saturday was recorded by 25 degree Celsius at Sitakunda and Rangamati and minimum temperature today was recorded by 35.5 degree Celsius at Dinajpur.

The sun sets at 6.50 pm today and rises at 5.13 am tomorrow in the capital.
