DHAKA, June 21, 2022 (BSS) - Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Director General of Al-Jamiah Al-Islamiyyah Patiya Allahma Shah Abdul Halim Bukhari.

In a condolence message, the premier prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul of the noted Islamic scholar and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.

Allahma Shah Abdul Halim Bukhari was also the Secretary General of Anjuman-e-Ittihadul Madaris Bangladesh, one of the five Qaumi Education Boards recognized by the government.
