DHAKA, June 13, 2022 (BSS) - Managing Director and Chief Editor of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) Abul Kalam Azad said everyone will be evaluated if he or she does his job properly and maintains professionalism.

"Everyone will be evaluated if he or she does his job properly and maintains professionalism . . . do your job properly. I was with you and I will remain with you in the future," he said. 

The BSS chief was addressing the first general meeting of the newly elected leaders and members of BSS unit of Dhaka Union of Journalists (DUJ) at the boardroom of the national news agency on Sunday with DUJ BSS unit Chief Tareq Al Naser in the chair.

Conducted by Deputy unit chief of DUJ BSS unit Kazi Golam Aladin (Tanvir Aladin), the meeting was also addressed by unit members: Anisur Rahman, Madhusudan Mandal, Ruhul Gani Sarkar Jyoti, Kanai Chakraborti, Mahfuza Jesmine, Golam Moin Uddin, Wahiduzzaman Mia, Ataur Rahman, Shahidul Islam Rana, Mohiuddin Kader, Ihita Jalil and Raida Quayum. 

The speakers urged BSS authorities to meet the demands of DUJ BSS unit members.
