DHAKA, May 22, 2022 (BSS) - All the publications, souvenirs, video content copies and documents of the Mujib Borsho, which were made marking the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, have been handed over to the Bangabandhu memorial trust.

Dr Kamal Abdul Naser Chowdhury, Chief Coordinator of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Birth Centenary Celebration National Implementation Committee, today handed over these documents to the trust, said a press release here today.

Begum Masura Hossen, Chief Executive of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Memorial Museum, received these documents officially on behalf of the trust. 

"Important memorial books, souvenirs and posters which were published based-on the life and ideology of Bangabandhu marking his birth centenary celebration between March 17, 2020 and March 31, 2022," the release also said.

The National Implementation Committee has also compiled publications and made various souvenirs bearing the logo of the Mujib Borsho. Different colorful programmes, audio-visuals, documentaries, TVC on the Father of the Nation and its digital compilation have also been made. 

Along with all the publications, posters and souvenirs of the National Implementation committee, various reports, 38,697 still hard drive photographs, 105 hours long video footages of different meetings attended by Bangabandhu, 12 TVC and copies and transcript of 30 documentaries were handed over to the trust for future preservation.

Earlier, the copies and transcripts also were provided to the National Archives and the Department of Public Library.
