DHAKA, May 20, 2022 (BSS) - Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today expressed 
profound shock and sorrow at the death of Supriya Sarker, mother of Advocate 
Gloria Jharna Sarker, MP. 

In a condolence message, the Prime Minister prayed for eternal peace of the 
departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family. 

Awami League (AL) General Secretary and also Road Transport and Bridges 
Minister Obaidul Quader expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of 
Supriya Sarker. 

He prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy 
to the bereaved family. 

Supriya Sarker died while undergoing treatment at a city hospital yesterday 
night.
