DHAKA, Feb 15, 2022 (BSS) - Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today

expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of legendary singer
Gitashree Sandhya Mukhopadhyay.

   In a condolence message, the premier said alongside spreading the
fascination of music in the subcontinent, the contribution of Sandhya
Mukhopadhyay in the great war of liberation will be remembered.

  The premier also prayed for salvation of the departed soul and
conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
