RAJSHAHI, Feb 6, 2022 (BSS) - Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH) recorded two more deaths in its Covid-19 unit during the last 24 hours till 9am today.

RMCH Director Brigadier General Shamim Yazdani said they died with Covid-19 symptoms.

Meanwhile, seven more patients were admitted to the Covid-19 unit during the last 24 hours, taking the number of admitted patients to 69, including 39 positive for Covid-19, at present.

Twelve other patients returned home after being cured during the same time.

On the other hand, 119 more patients have tested positive for Covid-19 after testing 373 samples in Rajshahi's two laboratories on Saturday, showing 33.55 percent positivity rate in Rajshahi, while 24.19 percent in Natore and 20 percent in Joypurhat districts.
