RAJSHAHI, Feb 5, 2022 (BSS) - Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH)
recorded two more deaths in its Covid-19 unit during the last 24 hours till
9am today.

     RMCH Director Brigadier General Shamim Yazdani said one of the deceased
was a resident of Rajshahi, while another from Chapainawabganj district.

     Both of them died with Covid-19 symptoms, he said.

     Meanwhile, ten more patients were admitted to the Covid-19 unit during
the last 24 hours, taking the number of admitted patients to 68, including 39
positive for Covid-19, at present.

     Two other patients returned home after being cured during the same time.

     On the other hand, 43 more patients have tested positive for Covid-19
after testing 183 samples in Rajshahi Medical College laboratory on Friday,
showing a 20.69 percent positivity rate in Rajshahi, while 40 percent in
Natore, 26.74 percent in Joypurhat districts.
