DHAKA, Sept 10, 2026 (BSS) - State Minister for Foreign Affairs Humaiun Kobir today reaffirmed Bangladesh's strong and unwavering solidarity with the Palestinian people and their legitimate rights amid the continuing situation in the occupied Palestinian territories.

He made the reaffirmation when Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Bangladesh Yousef S. Y. Ramadan called on him here, according to a Foreign Ministry press release.

During the meeting, the Palestinian ambassador congratulated Kobir on assuming his responsibilities as state minister for foreign affairs and thanked Bangladesh for its continued support for the Palestinian people and their cause.
