RAJSHAHI, Jan 20, 2022 (BSS) - Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH)

recorded one more death in its Covid-19 unit during the last 24 hours till
6am today.

  RMCH Director Brigadier General Shamim Yazdani said the deceased was a
resident of Chapainawabganj and died with Covid-19 infection.

   Meanwhile, three more patients were admitted to the Covid-19 unit during
the last 24 hours, taking the number of admitted patients to 43, including 26
positive for Covid-19, at present.

  Seven other patients returned home after being cured during the same time.

  On the other hand, 138 more patients were found Covid-19 positive after
testing 375 samples in Rajshahi's two laboratories on Wednesday, showing
40.16 percent infection rate in Rajshahi.
