RAJSHAHI, June 8, 2026 (BSS) - The newly appointed Rajshahi Metropolitan Police (RMP) Commissioner, Mohammad Faizul Kabir, paid a courtesy call on the Vice-Chancellor of University of Rajshahi, Professor Md Faridul Islam at the conference room of Administration Building-1 this afternoon. 

During the discussion, the Commissioner assured the university authorities of necessary support in maintaining peace, order, and security on the campus, as well as in other relevant matters.

Expressing his appreciation, the Vice-Chancellor thanked the Commissioner and emphasized the importance of regular communication and coordination between the university administration and the RMP authorities.

Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Administration) Professor Md. Abdul Alim, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Professor Mamunur Rashid, Treasurer Professor Md. Matiar Rahman, among others, were present.
