DINAJPUR, May 27, 2026 (BSS) – All is set to hold the country’s one of the largest Eid-ul-Azha congregations at Gor-e-Shahid Boro Maidan at 8.30 am tomorrow in the district town.

Police said multi-layered security measures have been taken across the entire Eidgah. Metal detectors have been installed at each entrance. 

The largest Eid congregation will be monitored by watchtowers, check posts, drones, CCTV cameras, as well as strict intelligence surveillance. Members of RAB, BGB, police, Ansar and other law enforcement agencies will be active around the ground. 

Maulana Md. Matiur Rahman Kasemi, President of the National Imam Association, Dinajpur, will lead the Eid prayers.
