KHULNA, Feb 10, 2026 (BSS) - A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on Monday between Khulna City Corporation (KCC) and partner NGOs ADAMS and BAPSA to continue the Urban Primary Health Care Services Delivery Project (Second Phase).

The MoU was signed at the GIZ Auditorium of Nagar Bhaban in the presence of KCC Administrator Md Mokhter Ahmed. The agreement will remain effective from January 1 to June 30, 2026.

Md Mokhter Ahmed signed the MoU on behalf of KCC, while SM Ali Aslam, Executive Director of ADAMS, and Altap Hossain, Executive Director of BAPSA, signed on behalf of their respective organisations.

Speaking on the occasion, the KCC Administrator said Khulna is more effectively implementing the health project and emphasized expanding primary health care services for underprivileged people.

Senior KCC officials and representatives of the partner NGOs were present.
