KHULNA, Jan 10, 2026 (BSS) - Rapid Action Battalion (RAB), in a special 
drive, arrested a listed robbery gang leader in Kajdia Bazar area under 
Rupsha Police Station of Khulna city on Friday.

A Company Patrol Command (CPC) team of RAB-6 headquarters conducted the 
operation adjacent to Agrani Bank at Kajdia Bazar and arrested Md Bulu Molla, 
45, son of Razzak Molla, hailing from Silimpur village under Kalia upazila of 
Narail district, said a RAB-6 press release here today.
 
He is an accused in a robbery case filed at Rupsha Police Station, it said, 
adding, "Bulu Molla is a notorious robbery gang leader and has multiple 
criminal records." 

He faces a total of six cases, including attempted murder, theft, robbery and 
arms-related charges, filed with different police stations in Khulna 
metropolitan area as well as Narail and Gopalganj districts.

Later, the accused was handed over to Sadar Police Station under Khulna 
Metropolitan Police (KMP) for further legal proceedings.
