BAGERHAT, Jan 2, 2025 (BSS)- After Friday prayers today, a doa and milad mahfil was arranged at the Government Technical School and College Mosque by Bagerhat District Chhatra Dal for former prime minister Begum Khaleda Zia.

District Chhatra Dal leaders Sheikh Al Mamun, Shamim Munshi, Emon Sheikh, Saikat Hossain Taleb, Rizvi Sheikh, Shaon Sheikh, Sheikh Moni, and leaders and workers BNP were present.

In the doa mahfil prayers were offered for Khaleda Zia seeking divine blessings to grant her Jannatul Firdous. 
At the same time, condolences were expressed to the bereaved family. Special prayers were offered seeking peace and welfare of the country and the nation. 

In addition, BNP and its affiliated organizations organized prayers and milad mahfils after Friday prayers at various mosques in Bagerhat district.
