Emphasizing the need to keep the younger generation away from drugs alongside maintaining cleanliness, the former DUCSU Vice-President said, "Drugs destroy a family. Public representatives, teachers, guardians and government officials must remain vigilant so that the young generation does not become involved with drugs."

Besides, he urged people to leave adequate space along roads so that roads can be maintained at least 30 feet wide, keeping future ease of movement in mind during road construction.
Issuing a stern warning about the law and order situation, Amanullah said, "No form of disorder, sabotage or illegal land grabbing will be tolerated."
"General people, journalists and the police administration must remain alert and work in coordination so that any banned political party or miscreant cannot disrupt the law and order situation," he said.
Local administrative officials, heads of educational institutions, political leaders and journalists were present at the event, chaired by Keraniganj UNO Md Umar Faruk.
