DHAKA, Sept 12, 2026 (BSS)- Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) today announced a two-day cleanliness campaign across the country to create people awareness and keep the environment clean in order to prevent dengue.

In a press release, JCD President Rakibul Islam Rakib and General Secretary Nasir Uddin Nasir announced the program.

On September 13 and 14, a two-day awareness campaign and cleanliness drive to prevent dengue will be conducted at all educational institutions across the country, read the release. 

Through this, initiatives will be taken to destroy mosquito breeding grounds in educational institutions, ensure overall cleanliness, and create a safe and healthy learning environment for students.

Chhatra Dal said that with the aim of creating public awareness and keeping the environment clean to prevent dengue nationwide, a three-month Dengue Prevention and Cleanliness Campaign-2026 will remain ongoing.
