CHATTOGRAM, March 9, 2026 (BSS) - The Bangladesh Navy has seized 2.30 lakh 
pieces of Yaba tablets from Rangikhali area under Hnila Union in Teknaf 
upazila of Cox's Bazar district.

"Based on secret information, the Teknaf Navy contingent conducted a raid in 
Hnila area of Teknaf yesterday and recovered two white bags containing 2.30 
lakh pieces of Yaba tablets, worth about Taka 11.50 crore," said a release of 
Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Directorate this noon.

The recovered contraband drug was handed over to Teknaf Police Station for 
taking necessary legal action, the ISPR added.
