DHAKA, Jan 26, 2023 (BSS) - Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) today 
predicted that weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over 
the country in the next 24 hours commencing 9am today.

"Moderate to thick fog may occur over Northern part and river basins of the 
country and light to moderate fog may occur at places elsewhere over the 
country during late night till morning," said a met office release here 
today.

However, night temperature may fall slightly over the country and day 
temperature may rise slightly over north-western part and it may remain 
nearly unchanged elsewhere over the country.

Country's maximum temperature on Wednesday was recorded 30.6 degrees Celsius 
at Teknaf, while the minimum temperature today was 10.3 degrees Celsius at 
Ishurdi.

The sun sets at 5.42 pm today and rises at 6.41 am tomorrow in the capital.
