RAJSHAHI, Aug 12, 2026 (BSS)- A mobile court operation was conducted at the ‘Seba Clinic and Digital Diagnostic Center’ adjacent to the Kakanhat Police Outpost in Godagari Upazila of Rajshahi, based on specific complaints.
 
As the allegations of irregularities were found to be true, the clinic was seale off d and declared closed during the operation.
 
The drive was conducted today under the direction of the Ministry of Health and at the initiative of the Rajshahi District Administration.
 
The mobile court was led by Senior Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate Abhijit Sarkar.
 
Deputy Civil Surgeon of Rajshahi district Dr. Anwarul Islam, representatives of the local Upazila Health Complex, and other concerned officials participated in the drive.
 
It was learned that after inspecting the overall activities of the clinic and scrutinizing the necessary documents based on the complaints, the mobile court decided to close the institution. 

Later, the main gate of the clinic was sealed off in front of the officials present.
 
Officials who conducted the drive said that such operations by the administration against illegally and irregularly operated clinics will continue in the future to ensure safe healthcare for the general public.
